Seeking Claims Auditing advice?
KJK Legal has provided a claims audit service to significant clients over many years, both at an employer and regulatory authority level.
This can range from a specific review of procedural steps within a claims management process, to a holistic review of an entire claims management process.
KJK Legal produce audit reports to assist clients in identifying and assessing their processes and procedures, for either external legislative compliance or internal procedural compliance. In addition, we also provide training on the writing and rewriting of procedures and processes, and the application of them to the ongoing management of claims.
For many years KJK Legal have been providing on-site advice to key clients in this regard, including the Local Government Association of South Australia, ensuring that organisation continues to provide the best possible claims management advice to its local government clients/councils.
